These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VideoBro iOS application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use VideoBro. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and agrees to be bound by them on your behalf.
You retain ownership of the videos and other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant VideoBro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transcode, transmit, and display the User Content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service to you and to the collaborators you invite. This license ends once the deletion of that User Content or your account becomes permanent (see our Privacy Policy for the account-deletion grace period and, for lapsed Pro subscribers, the content-retention period), except for backup copies retained for a limited time afterward for operational reasons.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly do so.
VideoBro offers subscription plans through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple per Apple's standard refund policy.
Free trials are subject to Apple's eligibility rules and may be redeemed only once per Apple ID per subscription group. Trial conversion to paid happens automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
The free tier currently provides unlimited tapes, unlimited clips per tape, up to 1 hour of footage in total, tapes up to 1 hour long, and up to 5 collaborators per tape. Developing a tape into a film is unlimited on every plan, and developing does not use any additional footage time. We may adjust these limits with notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoBro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or US$50, whichever is greater.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, the licenses you grant under Section 3 will continue to apply only to backups for the limited retention period described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, except where prohibited by law in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always at /terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
